Adult Indoor Soccer Individual Registration

Follow the steps below to get placed on a team in our adult leagues!

1. Create Player's Account by clicking REGISTER at the top of this page. After creating a player's account, you will have access to all league information.

2. Email League Director sean.scott@sportsplexusa.com with your interest to play in the league. Please answer the following questions in your email:

• What is your full name, email address, cell phone and date of birth? List best times to contact you.
• What game night and league you are interested in participating? Please indicate whether you prefer beginner, intermediate or advanced skill levels. For a description of all leagues, please click HERE.
• Are you open to playing in other leagues or on multiple nights?
• Are any other players you will be bringing with you?
• How did you find out about Sportsplex USA?

Sportsplex USA will attempt to place all individual players with existing teams. Should there be no room on existing teams, a new team may be formed with individual players.
