Adult Indoor Soccer Individual Registration

Follow the steps below to get placed on a team in our adult leagues!

1. Create Player's Account by clicking REGISTER at the top of this page. After creating a player's account, you will have access to all league information.

2. Email anthony.paz@sportsplexusa.com with "Individual Player" in the subject line. Answer the following questions

• What is your full name, email address, and phone number?
• What nights are you open to play?
• What leagues are you interested in?  For a description of all leagues, please click HERE
• When can you start?
• How many nights would you like to play?
• What is your overall skill level / experience? (Advanced, Intermediate, Beginner)
• Can you play goalkeeper?
• Do you have any other players who you would like to join a team with?
• What is your date of birth?
• How did you find out about Sportsplex USA?

Sportsplex USA will attempt to place all individual players with existing teams. Should there be no room on existing teams, a new team may be formed with individual players.

Please be advised that you will be added to the "Free Agent" email list and will be contacted about future team openings. Should you wish to be taken off this email list, please email anthony.paz@sportsplexusa.com
