• Email league director – Anthony Paz at anthony.paz@sportsplexusa.com indicating the league you are interested in registering for.
• Click on Team Registration Link from drop down menu above
• Complete online team registration form
• Secure your spot with $100 refundable deposit
• Receive confirmation and first game schedule from league coordinator
• League fees must be paid in full online one week before first game
